What are the benefits of Flameless Candles?
There are many benefit to using battery candles. Their flameless design makes them safe around children and animals or in places where there is increased risk of fire. They do not burn down and will last much longer than a normal candle requiring only the occasional replacement set of batteries. They are not blown out and can therefore be used in conditions that traditional candles cannot be available. We even have a waterproof candle available. Where can I get replacement batteries for the flameless candles?
We stock all types of batteries for the candles, just check on the description of the candle and you will find which batteries are required. You can view our range of carefully selected batteries for our candles here.
The batteries have not lasted very long in the candle I bought?
We cannot guarantee the battery life with a recently purchased candle. This is due to the fact they are manufactured in the far east using a cheaper 'display' style battery. They are then shipped to the UK and held in storage until sold. We strongly recommend changing to a new battery as soon as the candles are received for maximum battery length.
My parcel has not arrived, what can I do?
We strive to make all our deliveries on time, everytime. All our couriered parcels are tracked so we are usually aware of where your delivery is. Unfortunately there may be times when a parcel goes astray. We will refund any ordered items in full after the delivery period of which we can claim it as definitely lost by the courier. Call us on 0845 519 5751.
My parcel was damaged on arrival what should be done?
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. A photograph of the damage and of the state the package arrived in will help us submitting a claim to the carrier. We will usually ask you to return the candle so long and will be able to send a replacement product once the damaged item has been received.
How long do flameless candles burn for?
The Flameless candles all vary in burn hours. Our products average at 250 hours (lots of them even 1,000 hours) for real wax candles and approximately 80 hours for each of the tea lights and votives but check each product for the estimated time showing how long the candles will 'burn' for. We recommend for best use of the candles that an alkaline battery is used the next time the batteries are replaced.
What are the flameless candles made of?
There are three main types of flameless candle. Real wax, silicone and plastic. All candles listed detail what they are made from in the description.
Do the flameless candles flicker?
Yes all the candles flicker (and we believe these are the best flickering flameless candles on the market). Each candle holds its own flame shaped centerpiece making it just like a real candle.
How long do you need for hire notification?
If the candles are in stock we can send the candles as soon as the payment is made. For lager quantities we require at least a weeks notice.
How do the hire candles get collected?
Either we arrange delivery and collection, usually £15 or you can organise it yourself. Items must be returned and with us within 3 days after hire.
